Lauren DeFrancesco’s passion for Real Estate comes from three generations of successful Real Estate Brokers in her family. She grew up in Amesbury and later moved to the Merrimac Valley. Lauren dedicated herself to her family and children as they grew up and became an Autism and Special Education Advocate working in the Public School System for several years. 

Lauren pursued her passion for Real Estate and joined Keller Williams as a Faulkner Commercial Group’s Commercial Specialist in October of 2021. She has since sold, listed and leased a variety of Commercial properties. Lauren specializes in restaurant, retail, office, mixed use, flex space properties and land. 

Lauren is dedicated, hard working, empathetic, goal-oriented and is a timely and excellent communicator. She is knowledgeable and up to date on the current real estate market, social media and marketing trends, and is not afraid to think outside of the box. Lauren is licensed in MA and NH and is a member of the National Association or Realtors.
