Richard “Rick” Voor is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in industrial properties throughout the Greater Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets. He works with owners, users, and investors to help them buy, sell, and lease space while saving time and maximizing value. Clients rely on Rick for straightforward guidance, strong underwriting, and his ability to identify both risks and opportunities in complex transactions.

Before entering brokerage, Rick spent nine years as a Commercial General Appraiser at Truist, where he developed a deep understanding of property valuation, market dynamics, and investment analysis. His background also strengthened his leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, qualities he brings to every transaction. Known for being direct, prepared, and highly responsive, Rick stays closely involved from the first conversation through closing.

Rick holds a Master’s in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Philosophy from Regina Apostolorum, and completed Classical Humanities studies in Salamanca, Spain. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, racquetball with his wife, kayak fishing, and spending time with his five kids.
